“P”series Process Gas Compressor

1. This unit adopts an oil-free lubrication single-column "P" type structure, available in both water-cooled and air-cooled versions. The entire machine is a compact skid-mounted design, requiring minimal ground space and low foundation requirements.
2. It is equipped with an external oil pump, ensuring reliable operation, and provides sufficient lubrication to the base components during compressor startup and at low speeds.
3. Based on the main structure of the P-type compressor, this model adds a set of cross-heads, sliding rails, balance cylinders, counterweight pistons, and pistons on the left side of the crankcase, achieving equal inertia on both sides and significantly enhancing the balance of the unit.
4. This series of machines is suitable for compressing strongly corrosive gases (such as HFHCL, HS, and SO2) in mixtures or as single-phase media, and can also be used for compressing non-corrosive fluorinated media.
