Our Focus Areas

High-performance Material R&D: Independently developed long-life austenitic stainless steel diaphragms (validated through the entire process of smelting, rolling, heat treatment, and TR surface treatment)

Compressor System Technology:

▶ Complete design and optimization of piston and diaphragm compressors
▶ Core technologies for pressure ratio distribution, vibration control, and thermal management
▶ Solutions for extending the lifespan of consumable parts (diaphragms, piston rods, sealing systems)

Global Customer Technical Support:

▶ Diagnosing and resolving on-site issues such as abnormal temperatures, insufficient exhaust, and excessive vibrations
▶ Providing customers with technical support throughout the entire lifecycle

▶ Requirements: Background in Metallurgy/Materials Engineering, proficient in stainless steel strengthening mechanisms and surface treatment processes
▶ Mission: Develop the next generation of fatigue-resistant corrosion diaphragm materials and optimize the entire production process parameters
▶ Number of hires: 2 persons

Compressor System Engineer 1-2

▶ Requirements: PhD in Mechanical/Fluid Mechanics or over 5 years of industrial compressor R&D experience
▶ Mission: Overcome reliability challenges such as uneven pressure distribution and piston rod fracture, and develop a new generation of efficient compressors
▶ Number of hires: 2 persons

▶ Requirements: Over 3 years of compressor fault diagnosis experience, proficient in multilingual communication
