1. Installation, Commissioning & Training
We assign senior engineers to your site to guide installation, mechanical testing, performance evaluation, and acceptance.
We provide systematic training free of charge for your operators, maintenance, and management staff, covering process flow, operational procedures, and maintenance essentials to ensure your team can operate the equipment independently and safely.
2. Rapid-Response On-Site Service
We operate a 7x24 service response system. We pledge to provide a substantive reply within 2 hours of receiving your service request.
If on-site intervention is required, our engineers will depart for your site within 12 hours (subject to visa and travel arrangements) to ensure prompt issue resolution.
3. Comprehensive Quality Warranty
Warranty Period: The standard warranty is 12 months after successful installation and commissioning OR 18 months after equipment arrival at site, whichever occurs first.
Quality Commitment: We guarantee the equipment to be brand new, technologically advanced, and meticulously manufactured, having passed rigorous pre-delivery tests (including hydrostatic and performance tests). Any quality issue arising from design, manufacturing, or materials within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Continuous Operation Assurance: We commit that core components of the equipment, under normal operation, will deliver at least 3 years of uninterrupted, stable running (excluding wear parts). If a major part is replaced due to our responsibility, its warranty period recommences from the date of replacement.

We design our compressors with a 20-year lifecycle in mind and provide long-term spare parts supply and technical support. Even beyond the warranty period, we continue to offer cost-effective, efficient maintenance, retrofit, and optimization services to protect your investment and operational efficiency.
