Diaphragm Product Series and Applications
We currently lead the production of high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure series (188H/177T) as well as low/mid-pressure series (178T) diaphragms, primarily targeting diaphragm compressor manufacturers and large end users.
These diaphragms are designed based on precise scientific calculations, with key performance parameters that surpass those of similar products in the industry, and they exhibit excellent corrosion resistance to various highly corrosive gases. The products are widely used in critical fields that require the handling of special gases, such as hydrogen energy, semiconductor chips, chemical engineering, military industry, and the nuclear industry.
According to working pressure, diaphragm compressors are mainly divided into the following four categories:
Low Pressure: Working pressure range of 0.1 - 1.6 MPa
Medium Pressure: Working pressure range of 1.7 - 10 MPa
High Pressure: Working pressure range of 11 - 100 MPa
Ultra-High Pressure: Working pressure above 101 MPa

Our membrane products possess outstanding mechanical properties, with core indicators such as tensile strength, hardness, yield strength, elastic modulus, and elongation all meeting or exceeding design expectations.
High-Pressure and Ultra-High-Pressure Membranes
Model 177T, thickness 0.5mm, can provide membranes with a maximum diameter of 1200mm.
Model 188H, thickness 0.4mm, can provide membranes with a maximum diameter of 990mm.
Low-Pressure and Medium-Pressure Membranes
Model 178T, thickness 0.5mm, can provide membranes with a maximum diameter of 1200mm.
Among these, the large-sized membranes with a diameter of up to 1200mm are our key products, designed to provide critical support for high-capacity diaphragm compressors in the hydrogen energy market. Scientific calculations have verified that these membranes can meet the exhaust volume requirement of approximately 3000m³/H, which will significantly promote the sustainable development of the hydrogen energy industry.
