1. The company, in collaboration with Xi'an Jiaotong University, has successfully developed a 90MPa diaphragm hydrogen compressor, breaking through several key technologies and reaching the level of similar products in accordance with national standards.
2. The company has successfully developed a high-flow, high-performance hydrogen diaphragm compressor for hydrogen refueling stations for hydrogen energy vehicles through independent research and design.
3. This product has been recognized as the first (set) product of major technical equipment in China.
4. Modular design. For different application scenarios, the original machine can adopt a single-column or double-column mode to achieve the conversion of exhaust pressure between 45MPa and 90MPa; it can also be transformed from a gas supply capacity of 500kg/d to 1000kg/d.
5. The embedded structure diaphragm head has several major advantages:
(1). The rupture alarm structure of the diaphragm is scientifically reasonable, with no false alarms;
(2). Gas micro-leak detection, recovery, and venting functions protect the environment;
(3). The diaphragm does not require positioning pins, making installation simple.
6. The diaphragm is made of high-elasticity duplex stainless steel, ensuring reliable quality and long service life.
7. The high-efficiency curved surface structure design of the diaphragm chamber allows the diaphragm's service life to reach 4000 hours.
8. The high-pressure pressure regulating valve uses a spherical line seal, with a service life exceeding 8000 hours under high-frequency switching conditions.
9. The oil pump plunger pair is designed with high precision and special heat treatment processes, ensuring that the plunger pair never needs replacement, thus improving the overall reliability of the machine.
10. The new diaphragm head structure design makes the diaphragm head small and compact, reducing costs while enhancing efficiency.
11. The independently developed high-pressure gas valve reduces valve loss, decreases power consumption, and extends service life, exceeding 8000 hours.
12. The compressor achieves one-button start and stop functions through reasonable design and intelligent control.
